1. Dalgona Coffee
If you don’t own an espresso machine or miss going to cafes, this drink is for you! This instagram and Tik Tok worthy drink only needs:
2 Tbsp Instant Coffee (Do not use 3 in 1 mixes)
2 Tbsp Hot water
2 Tbsp Sugar ( I used 1 tsp but it needs sugar to whisk up)
- Combine and mix the ingredients together using an electric whisk, milk frother or spoon.
- Once the mixture turns light brown and becomes a foam, pour it into a glass of milk. Ta-da you became a barista in your own home!
This tiramisu recipe only uses 2 egg yolks and makes 2 small portions. It is sans alcohol but is rich with coffee flavour. To save time, use store-bought lady fingers!

3. Scallion Pancakes
My mother craved scallion pancakes so I made her fresh ones! I followed Angel Wong’s recipe.

- 5-6 Green Onion Stalks
- 1/2 tsp Salt
4. Basque Burnt Cheescake
This one bowl cheesecake recipe is super easy to make! The best part is burning it. I followed Emojoie Cuisine’s recipe but added more cream because the cheesecake becomes denser.
5. Sweet Potato and Ube Balls
