Brownie Bakers is a new local online brownie shop turning frowns upside down with their delicious, pave like brownies in Vancouver.

They offer three flavours: Classic Walnut, Salted Caramel Pecan and Peppermint

The Classic

Studded with a generous amount of walnuts, The Classic is the perfect afternoon snack. It has a rich, espresso flavour that enhances the dark chocolate flavour. The walnut to brownie ratio was perfect while the brownie texture was luscious, rich and smooth. The sweetness level was a bit sweet for me but I enjoyed this flavour the most.

Salted Caramel Pecan

The Salted Caramel Pecan topping was beautiful and surprisingly, not too sweet due to the salt. I enjoyed the different crunch elements. The pecans were fragrant and kept its crunch too.

White Chocolate Peppermint

The peppermint flavour was just right and not too overpowering. The white chocolate didn’t add to the overall sweetness which was a plus. In my opinion, the peppermint flavour helped reduce the sweetness level.

Overall Thoughts
